College Development History       

In 1430 H, the ministry of higher education has approved various programs including pharmacy and dentistry for Buraydah Private Colleges.

The college of pharmacy and dentistry has started three programs i.e. Bachelor of Dentistry, Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D). Later on, the college of pharmacy and dentistry has done collaboration with King Abdullah consultation centre for academic excellence. The dentistry and pharmacy curriculum was adopted from King Saud University that is approved by ministry of higher education. In 2013 Pharmacy College has stopped Pharm-D program. Since 2013 Pharmacy College is only enrolling students for Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences program.

In 2009, the college started with few numbers of students and limited teaching faculty but gradually the number has been increased and today around 500 students are perusing their career in pharmacy and the teaching faculty members are 28.

The students are exposed to pharmaceutical industries and hospitals throughout degree program. It helps them to gain practical exposure and learn necessary skills.

The college of Pharmacy has four sub divisions that are pharmaceutics, pharmacology and toxicology, clinical pharmacy and Pharmacognosy and pharmaceutical chemistry.

There are two campuses of Buraydah Private Colleges i.e. male and female campus. These campuses of Buraydah Private Colleges are located apart however they are academically integrated.
